E-Commerce Account Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Account Management: Managing and optimizing e-commerce accounts, including product listings and pricing strategies. Sales Performance: Monitoring sales performance, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to improve key metrics like conversion rates and revenue. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinating with internal teams (e.g., marketing, fulfillment, customer service) to ensure seamless operations. Promotional Campaigns: Creating and executing promotional campaigns, including sponsored ads and deals. Data Analysis: Analyzing website analytics, sales data, and customer feedback to refine strategies and improve customer experience. Website Optimization: Ensuring the e-commerce platform is user-friendly, identifying and addressing technical issues, and suggesting improvements. Relationship Management: Managing relationships with third-party vendors and platforms, such as Amazon or Shopify. Skills and Qualifications: Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and clients. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve problems related to e-commerce operations and customer service. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Knowledge of E-commerce Platforms: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Shopify. Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
