Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Account Manager located in Noida. The E-commerce Account Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing online product listings, executing promotional campaigns, analyzing sales data, and coordinating with various teams to enhance online sales performance. Daily tasks include monitoring inventory levels, handling customer inquiries, and implementing strategies to increase marketplace visibility. The role also involves maintaining relationships with e-commerce platforms and ensuring compliance with their policies and guidelines. Qualifications Experience in managing online product listings and promotional campaigns Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and market trends Excellent communication and coordination abilities for team collaboration Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm Proficiency in using analytical tools and e-commerce management software Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service Knowledge of inventory management and logistics Relevant experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Show more Show less
