Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, and other relevant platforms Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and handle any account health issues or escalations Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for inventory planning, order processing, and timely dispatch Set up and manage FBA/FBM operations and monitor stock levels Run and optimize advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, etc.) Analyze sales reports, market trends, and campaign performance to improve results Handle product listings, keyword research, SEO, A+ content, and pricing strategies Manage customer reviews, ratings, returns, and service tickets professionally Explore and implement promotional strategies during events like Prime Day, BBD, festive sales, etc. Requirements: 2+ years of proven experience managing e-commerce seller accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, etc.) Strong knowledge of FBA, warehouse coordination, and inventory planning Familiarity with e-commerce advertising tools like Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart PLA , etc. Experience in product listing optimization, cataloging, and e-commerce operations Proficient in Excel, Seller Central, and analytical reporting Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Strong communication and team collaboration skills Good to Have: Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Zoho Inventory Understanding of cross-border e-commerce Exposure to brand registry and A+ content creation Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹9,738.17 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
