Job Description

Using Dynatrace SaaS Platform, build and mature observability, dashboards, synthetic monitoring scripts, and leverage APM tools to diagnose causes of performance degradation Ability to collaborate with Application/Infrastructure/DevOps teams to build, implement, and tune dashboards, scripts, and alerts to achieve observability and monitoring business goals Collaborate with other teams to analyze performance data and act on negative performance trends to identify root causes. Help onboard with APM solutions to new applications, web sites, middleware and other supporting IT infrastructure. Provide Log Analytics and log monitoring capabilities for customers Provide OS monitoring capabilities to customers Implement custom monitors as requested by customers Create workflows, persona based launchpads, management zones, adjust settings, roles management, etc Implementing automation automate frequent platform maintenance tasks and customer requests. Self-serv and API development leveraging platform provided capabilities Cloud experience, especially AWS is a plus Understanding CI/CD, ideally backed by experience with Jenkins or GitHub Actions Knowledge of agile practices, including Jira experience is a plus Dynatrace SaaS experience is a must. Certifications are a plus. Experience in Python and Dynatrace API programming is a requirement.
