Key Responsibilities : Creative Leadership : Develop and communicate a compelling creative vision that aligns with the company's overall brand strategy. Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate fresh ideas and concepts. Team Management : Build, mentor, and manage a team of designers, writers, and artists, fostering a creative and collaborative environment. Provide guidance, feedback, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance. Conceptualization and Ideation : Initiate and contribute to the development of creative concepts, campaigns, and projects. Translate business objectives into creative strategies that resonate with the target audience. Content Development : Oversee the creation of visually appealing and engaging content across various platforms, including digital, print, and multimedia. Ensure that all content aligns with the brand's tone, voice, and style guidelines.
