Role Description

Position: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O)

Lead functional workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Map business processes to standard Dynamics 365 F&O features and identify fit/gap areas.
Configure modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Procurement, Inventory Management, etc.
Prepare detailed Functional Design Documents (FDD) for customizations, integrations, and reports.
Support data migration activities: mapping, validation, and testing.
Define and execute test scenarios; support UAT and go-live cutover activities.
Train business users and create user documentation and SOPs.
Collaborate with technical teams (developers, architects) to deliver solutions.
Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Microsoft best practices, governance, and security standards.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 12 years of overall ERP experience.
Strong hands-on experience configuring key Finance and/or Supply Chain modules.
Experience with at least 10 full-cycle D365 F&O implementations.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and core business processes.
Proficient in creating FRDs, FDDs, test cases, training materials.
Experience using LCS, Azure DevOps, and Excel Add-ins.
Strong communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
Microsoft Certification in D365 Finance/Supply Chain (e.g., MB-310, MB-330) preferred.
