1) Prepare the daily production plan & execute Production as per the plan. Review the daily production plan as per urgent requirements. 2) Ensure the daily production reports are filled by the Production supervisor. 3) Ensure that the control plans & process plans are displayed near the machine & are fllowed. 4) Ensure that identifications are available for the customer property in the shop floor. Use appropriate tag for the identification of the material. All material, Equipments, Tools & fixtures are protected & stored properly. 5) Identification and Traceability of various items handled within the department – This includes documents, Files, Records and items.
