Job Summary

We're looking for an energetic and upbeat Inbound/Outbound Caller to be the voice of our company. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers and the proactive force behind our outreach efforts. Key Responsibilities
* Inbound Calls: Answer a high volume of incoming calls with a friendly and professional demeanor. Listen to customer needs, answer questions, provide information, and solve problems efficiently.* Outbound Calls: Make proactive calls to follow up with customers, conduct surveys, schedule appointments, and provide product or service information.* Customer Service: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.* Documentation: Accurately log call information, including customer feedback, questions, and resolutions, into our CRM system.* Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.Qualifications & Skills* Energetic & Positive Attitude: A genuine enthusiasm for connecting with people and a resilient, can-do spirit.* Excellent Communication: Clear, articulate, and professional verbal communication skills. The ability to listen actively and speak persuasively is a must.* Problem-Solving: The ability to think on your feet, assess situations quickly, and provide effective solutions.* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating various software, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.* Adaptability: The flexibility to handle both routine inquiries and unique customer challenges with ease.* Experience: Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or a sales environment is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
