Experience Required: 5+ Years Job Overview: The Dynamic CRM Sr Developer will develop and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions across our organization. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful deployment and integration of CRM platforms to streamline processes, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, robust architectural understanding and knowledge, and a profound understanding of business processes. Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture & Design: Develop and articulate a clear architectural vision for the Dynamics CRM implementations. Design comprehensive CRM solutions that meet business requirements and align with organizational goals. Create low-level technical design documents and architectural blueprints. Implementation & Integration: Implementation of CRM systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure. Work on developing data migration processes for the transfer of existing data into the new CRM system. Technology Leadership & Strategy: Stay abreast of the latest CRM trends, tools, technologies, and best practices. Implement the technology strategy and roadmap for CRM solutions. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into CRM functionalities. Act as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of Dynamics CRM projects. Foster strong relationships with third-party vendors and service providers. Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting: Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and secure through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes. Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, offering long-term resolutions. Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and administrative teams. Write comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and process workflows. Requirements: Experience: 5+ years of experience in information technology, with a significant focus on CRM solutions. In-depth experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and implementation. Proven track record of implementing multiple successful Dynamics CRM projects. Skills: Extensive knowledge of CRM product roadmap and design. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including configuration, customization, and extension. Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and tools. Expertise in .NET, C#, SQL, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert) are highly desirable. Soft Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Strong development capabilities with experience in mentoring and guiding teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
