Join Dyad as our Head of People & Culture and lead our transformation as we unify teams across the US and India into “One Dyad.” As our Senior Director of HR , you will report directly to CEO and partner with the Executive Leadership Team to lead strategic initiatives across talent, culture, operations, and compliance. This role is critical to Dyad’s next phase of growth and transformation. You'll develop and execute a people strategy that aligns with our evolving organizational goals, while driving cultural integration, engagement, and equity across geographies. Success in this role would look like: 1. Strategic Leadership & Culture (25%) Trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team Company-wide “One Dyad” strategy defined and implemented Cultural integration and change management plans successfully adopted Employee value proposition clearly articulated across regions 2. Talent Acquisition & Development (25%) Scalable talent pipelines in place for US and India Onboarding, performance, and career development frameworks launched and adopted Succession planning and leadership development programs actively in motion 3. Employee Experience & Engagement (20%) eNPS and retention metrics improved with tracked action plans Engagement surveys and stay interviews rolled out and informing strategy Company rituals and communications reflect Dyad values and drive connection 4. Compensation & Benefits (15%) Global comp strategy aligned with internal equity and market trends Benefits programs demonstrate high employee satisfaction and cost efficiency Career paths and compensation structures are standardized across geographies 5. People Operations & Compliance (15%) Core processes (onboarding, performance reviews, L&D) are streamlined and documented HR systems (ADP + Keka) fully optimized with role clarity and access HR compliance updated and consistent across US and India What you bring to the team: Experience: 10+ years in HR leadership, with experience working with US, India and global operations Proven track record of building and scaling HR Strategy and People Operations in a global SaaS environmont. Success in implementing systems, structures, and scalable processes Strong background in change management and cultural integration Intrinsics: Executive presence and influence with high EQ Collaborative, cross-functional mindset Bias for clarity, action, and thoughtful systems thinking Passion for building inclusive, human-first workplaces Dyad is a growth-stage technology company committed to building a unified global team culture.
