Job Description: As a seasoned professional with 13 to 20 years of experience in the Ice-Cream, Beverage, or Frozen Food industry, you will be entrusted with the role of overseeing regional sales operations in areas including Howrah, Hoogly, Nadia, South 24 Paraganas, and North 24 Paraganas. Your primary objective will be to drive channel performance, expand distribution networks, and ensure revenue growth within the Kolkata region. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team comprising of Assistant Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and PSRs (off-roll) to effectively meet regional sales targets. Your responsibilities will include evaluating distributor performance quarterly, devising strategic business development plans in alignment with company goals, and identifying and capitalizing on new growth opportunities in the market. You will be instrumental in overseeing product launches and promotional activities, ensuring their timely availability and distribution. Strengthening brand presence through targeted sales initiatives and local brand-building activities will also be a key focus area. Moreover, you will actively engage with potential channel partners to expand the distribution network and monitor distributor performance based on key metrics like sales growth, product availability, and order fulfillment. Your role will also involve forecasting and tracking sales targets on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis to maintain consistent performance levels. Additionally, you will be required to develop both short-term and long-term business strategies aimed at driving sustained growth and increasing market penetration. This position demands strategic thinking, effective team leadership, and proactive channel development to achieve regional sales objectives and ensure continuous revenue growth.,
