Role & responsibilities 1) Sales Execution Ensure the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals within assigned accounts. Drive account-specific sales plans and strategies to maintain and grow business. 2) Customer Relationship Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels within client organizations. Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. 3) Market Insights and Strategy Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth. Provide regular updates to the management on account performance, challenges, and opportunities. Key Skills : Proven experience in managing key accounts in the automotive industry. Strong understanding of automotive products, solutions, and customer requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
