Dy. Manger / Manager - HR Candidate Profile: MBA in HR with 8-12 years experience of handling HR gamut and a Generic Profile Must be able to work in isolation. Construction industry / Real Estate experience is a must. Roles & Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition (Recruitment & Staffing): Oversee entire process of recruitment and selection, sourcing candidates from various sources viz job portals, region cum industry, head hunting etc., coordinate interviews and manage onboarding. Employee Welfare & Wellbeing: Address employee concerns, maintain communication between staff and management and ensure HR facilitation leading to motivation and happy waves amongst the employees. HR oriented outlook. Organisational Development Initiative: Employee Engagement drive, work towards HR initiative leading to fulfilled job satisfaction and high amount of collective engagement. Performance Management: Manage Mid-Term appraisal system, handle appraisal logistics and coordinating performance reviews and performance audit. Join performance-based promotions interviews. Compensation & Benefits: Design compensation structures commiserating with the IT rules also to ensure tax friendly C&B. Workout incentive systems and plans i.e. performance based / performance linked incentives. Overall payroll and administer benefits.
