Core responsibilities Client interaction: Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and pain points. Solution development: Create customized solutions and proposals that align with the client's needs and business objectives. Presentations: Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts. Sales support: Collaborate with the sales team to assist in lead generation and the overall sales process, and help convert leads into clients. Technical liaison: Work with sales/marketing teams to address client queries and ensure proposed solutions meet technical requirements. Documentation and tracking: Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, prepare sales documentation, and manage customer data in a CRM system. Essential skills and qualifications Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for explaining complex products and building rapport.
