Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Incharge, based in Prayagraj. The Store Incharge will oversee daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain inventory, implement retail loss prevention measures, and manage staff effectively. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership, and proactive problem-solving. Maintaining store standards and providing outstanding customer service will also be key responsibilities. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to maintain a positive shopping experience and resolve customer inquiries effectively. Store Management skills, including inventory control and staff supervision, to ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with organizational objectives. Communication skills to foster clear and efficient interaction with staff, customers, and stakeholders. Retail Loss Prevention knowledge to minimize shrinkage, ensure proper handling of stock, and protect company assets. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment. Previous experience in retail management or related fields is advantageous. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
