Job Description

Position : Duty Officer-Passenger Services Department : Passenger Services Reports to : Duty Manager / Manager Role Summary Oversee daily passenger services operations to ensure compliance with airline and airport standards. Lead the team, ensure smooth workflows, resolve issues, and uphold safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Supervise passenger handling as per regulations (airlines, DIAL, CISF, etc.). Manage team schedules, attendance, performance, and training. Coordinate with departments and airline representatives. Address passenger complaints and follow up on service issues. Ensure EHS compliance, report hazards/security breaches, and maintain documentation. Uphold elebi standards, staff grooming, and equipment readiness.
