Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in New Delhi. As a Duty Manager, you will oversee daily hotel operations to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction and seamless function of all departments. Core responsibilities include supervising front desk activities, resolving guest concerns efficiently, ensuring compliance with service standards, and addressing operational challenges. You will serve as a key liaison between management, employees, and guests to deliver exceptional experiences and maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities
• Guest service and problem-solving skills to address and resolve complaints
• Operational knowledge of departmental functions such as front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage services
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Experience in hospitality management; familiarity with luxury hotel operations is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with flexible schedules
