Facility Executive - Soft Services
What this job involves:As a Facility Executive for Soft Services at JLL, you will drive operational excellence across diverse facility management portfolios, ensuring seamless delivery of services that enhance workplace experiences for our clients. You'll oversee comprehensive soft services operations including cleaning, catering, security, landscaping, and waste management while building strong vendor relationships and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery. This role requires you to collaborate with cross-functional teams locally and across the globe, leveraging JLL's culture of collaboration to solve complex facility challenges and optimize operational efficiency. You'll be responsible for managing budgets, implementing innovative solutions, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards while continuously seeking opportunities to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Manage and oversee soft services vendors including cleaning, security, catering, pest control, and landscaping contractors
  • Conduct regular facility inspections and audits to ensure service quality standards and compliance requirements are met
  • Develop and monitor operational budgets, track expenses, and identify cost optimization opportunities
  • Respond to client requests and service issues promptly, coordinating resolution efforts across multiple service providers
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on service performance, incidents, and operational metrics for client and internal stakeholders
  • Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental protocols across all facility operations
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and communication
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility management or soft services operations
  • Strong knowledge of facility management systems, maintenance procedures, and vendor management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software platforms
  • Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and compliance requirements
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between multiple facility locations
Preferred qualifications:
  • Professional certification in Facility Management (FMP, CFM, or equivalent)
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and building automation systems
  • Previous experience managing soft services in commercial real estate or corporate environments
  • Project management certification or demonstrated project management experience
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices and green building standards (LEED, BREEAM)
  • Bilingual capabilities to support diverse client and vendor relationships
