Ltd is looking for Duty Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career Journey Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business Responding to all inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner Managing staff schedules and assignments to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources Ensuring that all operational procedures are followed and that health and safety standards are maintained Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing reports on operations, sales, and expenses Assisting in the planning and execution of special events and promotionsActing as a mentor and coach for junior staff members and providing guidance and support as neededAssisting with the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures Excellent organizational and time management skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
