Roles and Responsibilities Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the property. Manage daily activities such as room assignments, check-ins/check-outs, and special requests from guests. Supervise staff performance and provide guidance to improve customer satisfaction. Ensure smooth operation of hotel facilities, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage services. Desired Candidate Profile Strong leadership and organizational skills with ability to multitask effectively. 4-7 years of experience in hospitality industry with a focus on duty management or similar role. Excellent communication, problem-solving, housekeeping, and food & beverage management skills required.
