Duty Manager

As the Property Manager on Duty at our property, you will play a vital role in overseeing all property operations to ensure the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided to our guests. Your responsibilities will include representing property management in resolving any guest or property-related situations, managing the flow of questions, and directing guests within the lobby. Additionally, you will serve as the Guest Relations Manager, handling the tracking of service issues. Your core work activities will involve supporting property operations and guest relations needs by maintaining strong working relationships with all departments, communicating any variations to established norms, and striving to improve service performance. You will also support profitability goals by understanding and complying with loss prevention policies, reviewing staffing levels, financial statements, and performance data to measure productivity, and identifying areas for cost reduction and program improvement. Managing the guest experience will be a key aspect of your role, where you will intervene in any guest/employee situations as needed, empower employees to provide excellent customer service, and respond to and handle guest problems and complaints effectively. You will also assist in human resources activities by participating in the investigation of employee and guest accidents, providing feedback to individuals, conducting facility inspections, and ensuring employees are cross-trained for daily operations.
