Job Description

Area of Responsibility:

  • The Senior CAE Engineer will be responsible to carry out Strength, Durability or Fatigue assessment in Optistruct /Abaqus with good experience in meshing, connection in Hypermesh.
  • He should have as well experience in NVH loadcases.


Job Requirements:

  • Experience in Strength, Durability /Fatigue assessments in one or more area like BIW, Closures, and Trim etc.
  • Able to run CAE analysis in Optistruct /Abaqusindependently, summarize results and feedback conclusions to customers in an efficient manner.
  • Experience in NVH loadcases like Global mode , FRF ,Dynamic stiffness etx
  • Basic skill of Lsdyna
  • Able to work effectively with design teams to develop solutions within defined deadlines and time constraints.
  • Having experience in CAE test correlation projects add more advantage
  • Have an awareness of potential design constraints (packaging, manufacturing etc.) and ensure due consideration is given in developing solutions.
  • Creation of CAE Models [System level / BIW / Full Vehicle] in Hypermesh
  • Ability to do Integration [Weld / Bolt / Adhesives etc., connections.]
  • Able to model using Hypermesh.
