We are dedicated to ensuring our clients' safety and security through innovative and reliable solutions. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technician located in Amritsar. The Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing security systems. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring systems are functioning properly, and providing technical support to clients. The Technician will also be required to document service activities, manage inventory, and stay updated on new security technologies. Qualifications Experience in installing and maintaining security systems Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills Knowledge of electrical systems and circuits Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift equipment Relevant certifications or training in security systems is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; further technical education is preferred
