LTIMindtree is Hirirng for Duckcreek Testing - Automation Exp: 5-8 Years Location: Pan India JD as below: Design develop and implement test automation strategies using Katalon and other relevant frameworks. Develop and maintain robust scalable and reusable test automation frameworks for Duck Creek and other PC insurance applications. Ensure automation coverage across UI API and integration testing leveraging Katalons capabilities. Optimize automation frameworks for regression testing functional testing and performance testing. Establish CICD integration of test automation suites using Jenkins Azure DevOps or similar tools. Stay updated with emerging automation technologies and best practices in PC insurance and Duck Creek platforms. Lead mentor and guide a team of automation engineers to drive quality assurance initiatives. Define team goals best practices and coding standards for automation engineers. Conduct training sessions and knowledge sharing workshops to upskill the team. Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and accountability within the QA automation team.
