As a Dubbing Director at our company, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of dubbed content for our platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Scripting Improvement: Collaborating with the writing team to create engaging and impactful scripts for dubbed content. - Overall Quality Improvement: Working closely with the audio, sound, and QC team to enhance the final content's quality. - Stakeholder Management: Leading a team of editors, writers, producers, sound engineers, and voice artists. - Team Leadership: Fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment to encourage creativity and professional growth within the team. - Industry Trends: Keeping abreast of industry trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate new techniques into the dubbing process. - Recruitment and Training: Assisting in the recruitment of new talent and providing continuous training and development opportunities for the team. In order to excel in this role, you must possess the following mandatory skills: - Experience with end-to-end dubbing processes. - Proficiency in both Hindi and English languages. - Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Willingness to learn and adapt to AI technologies.
