The individual will oversee business development and client experience to ensure a seamless experience from lead generation to project completion. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development: *Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. *Identify and pursue new business opportunities within residential, commercial, and hospitality interior design. *Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients, architects, and industry stakeholders. *Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. *Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure. Client Relationship Management: *Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a superior customer experience. *Understand client needs and provide tailored interior design solutions. *Address client concerns and queries effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. *Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase design concepts and proposals. *Provide post-sales support and ensure project completion as per client expectations.
