Job Purpose: To oversee day-to-day site execution of external elevation / facade works ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion as per project specifications. The Site Supervisor / Coordinator will act as the key link between the office, subcontractors, and the clients site team to ensure smooth progress of all faade-related activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Site Execution & Supervision Supervise and coordinate all faade works including ACP, HPL, WPC, glazing, MS and aluminium fabrication, and related installations. Ensure execution as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. Monitor progress and daily activities of manpower and subcontractors. Plan daily/weekly work schedules and allocate resources accordingly. 2. Coordination & Communication Act as the single point of contact between site and office for technical and material coordination. Coordinate with the clients site team, consultants, and contractors for approvals, inspections, and clearances. Communicate site requirements for drawings, materials, and resources to the head office on time. 3. Quality & Safety Ensure all works are executed following safety protocols and company standards. Conduct regular quality checks and ensure rectification of defects immediately. Maintain documentation for inspections, checklists, and work progress reports. 4. Material Management Verify materials received on-site against approved samples and BOQ. Monitor stock levels and raise material requests to avoid delays. Ensure safe handling, storage, and use of materials on site. 5. Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily progress reports (DPR), site logs, and issue reports. Update project team on progress, site constraints, and requirements. Maintain records of labour attendance and productivity. 6. Additional Responsibilities Support the Project Manager in planning and sequencing faade works. Attend coordination meetings and represent the company professionally. Ensure completion of work within schedule and approved budget. Travel to various project sites as required (company-borne expenses). Qualifications & Experience: Diploma / Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field. 3–6 years of experience in faade, cladding, or glazing industry. Strong knowledge of faade systems, materials, and installation techniques. Familiar with interpreting faade/shop drawings and technical details. Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
