Role & responsibilities : Manage and validate data in the Distributor Management System (DMS) for sales, returns, and claims. Audit distributor transactions and ensure compliance with commercial policies. Analyze claims, identify discrepancies, and suggest process improvements. Generate reports and dashboards on distributor ROI, margins, and profitability. Support sales and finance teams in claim validation, reconciliation, and settlements. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy and commercial hygiene. Skills & Qualifications: Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data cleaning). Experience with DMS or similar data platforms. Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills. Knowledge of trade claims, discounts, and ROI analysis. Preferred candidate profile : 2 - 4 years experience in FMCG/Consumer Goods/Food & Beverage in commercial analysis or sales operations.
