Job Title: Driver – Car Pick-up & InspectionLocation: Bangalore Company: MechanicForYou Industry: Automobile Services Employment Type: Full-Time About the Company:MechanicForYou is a growing automobile service brand that provides car owners with quality garage services including denting & painting, car washing, detailing, and more. We bridge the gap between car owners and reliable garages. Job Responsibilities:Visit customers’ homes or offices to inspect their vehicles as per the scheduled service request. Perform a basic visual inspection of the car’s exterior and interior condition (scratches, dents, tire condition, etc.). Record and report any pre-existing damage or issues before pick-up using photos or forms. Safely drive the customer's vehicle to the assigned garage for servicing. Ensure proper communication with both the customer and garage staff during pick-up and delivery. Keep track of car documents and keys during transit. Return the car safely to the customer after service is completed. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and customer trust throughout the service cycle. Coordinate with the operations team for job updates and instructions. Key Skills and Requirements:Valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) driving license with at least 2 years of experience. Clean driving record and strong understanding of local traffic rules. Ability to inspect cars visually and document the condition accurately. Good communication skills (Hindi and regional language preferred). Trustworthy, punctual, and responsible. Basic smartphone usage for updates, navigation, and communication. Preferred Qualification:Minimum 10th pass or equivalent. Prior experience in a similar role (automobile pick-up and drop, valet driver, or service assistant) is a plus.
