Job Description

Key Responsibilities:A. Driving Duties: Safely drive the employer and/or family members to designated locations. Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of the personal vehicle (interior and exterior). Ensure timely pick-up/drop as per daily schedule. Manage fueling, servicing, and upkeep of the car. Maintain logbook of vehicle usage, mileage, and fuel. B. Personal Assistance: Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and reminders. Run errands such as banking, grocery shopping, courier, etc. Assist in personal tasks such as handling deliveries or managing domestic service coordination. Maintain confidentiality and privacy of employer’s personal and professional matters. Act as liaison for communications or coordination when required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Valid driving license with a clean record. 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role preferred. Familiarity with city routes and navigation tools. Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Discreet, dependable, and professional appearance.
