We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Driver cum Office Boy to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving staff and executives as required, handling documents, and performing various clerical and housekeeping tasks within the office. Key Responsibilities: Driving Duties: Safely drive office staff, executives, and guests to and from designated locations. Deliver and collect official documents, packages, and mail from banks, government offices, clients, etc. Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition. Maintain a logbook of daily travel, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance records. Office Boy Duties: Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors. Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing office documents. Handle basic cleaning tasks such as dusting, tidying meeting rooms, and ensuring general cleanliness of the office. Assist in setting up meeting rooms and preparing materials as required. Support staff with clerical tasks and errands within the office as needed. Requirements: Valid driving license with clean driving record. Proven experience as a driver; knowledge of local routes and traffic laws. Basic office etiquette and a presentable appearance. Trustworthy, punctual, and dependable. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Basic communication skills in [insert language as required – e.g., English,Malayalam, Physically fit and able to carry light office supplies.
