Job Description

Main Purpose : To ensure transport safety compliance by actively engaging with drivers through relationship building, performance monitoring and Counselling to improve driver behaviour and enhance transport safety culture. Key Tasks and Responsibilities To build one on one relationship with drivers to positively influence their road safety culture Review and assess driver performance via scorecard reports from the ADAS portal on daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Conduct a daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of actionable events against each driver through the ADAS portal to identify drivers who needs counselling. To develop training calendar targeting drivers who needs improvement. Develop appropriate driver training module which helps to improve defensive driving and risk-based approach. Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with drivers, by providing detailed feedback on safe driving practices to help prevent critical events. To carry out job safety observation aiming to support each driver in becoming highly competent through continuous feedback and guidance. Ensure that drivers strictly adhere to designated geofenced routes, enhancing route compliance and minimizing deviations. Conduct validation of routes identified as risky, based on inputs from the logistics team, to assess and mitigate potential hazards. To do driver debriefing post trip completion with individual drivers to record Health & Safety Observations in system. Prepare and submit a comprehensive monthly report to management on driver performance, summarizing key metrics, trends, and areas of improvement. Qualification & Competencies 12TH/ Graduate /(preferably Ex-Service Man), with 10+ years of driving experience Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills Team Management Skills Good Data Analysis Skills (Advance Excel) Knowledge of Transport Regulations and Safety Standards Language Proficiency in Tamil, English and Hindi
