Role Responsibilities Manage and oversee ongoing projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and efficiency. Conduct data analysis to drive evidence-based decisions. Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for stakeholders. Facilitate regular project meetings and ensure effective communication. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Support the implementation of innovative solutions in urban settings. Engage with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback. Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Provide training and support to team members on project-related tasks. Develop and monitor project timelines and budgets. Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to enhance project impact. Contribute to strategic planning efforts and goal setting. Assist in marketing initiatives related to urban development projects. Continuously assess project outcomes and propose improvements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Urban Planning, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or similar roles. Proven track record of successful project delivery. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Mastery of project management tools and software. Familiarity with urban development concepts and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis software. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative problem-solving abilities. Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management. Keen interest in sustainable urban development. Strong ethical standards and professionalism. Willingness to work on-site in India.
