Roles & Responsibilities Manage client communication and updates through calls and emails in a professional manner. Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, and supporting commercial documents. Coordinate with internal departments including Production, Quality, and Dispatch to ensure smooth order execution. Prepare periodic sales and marketing reports for management review. Assist in developing marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and product datasheets. Handle ERP entries for sales orders, quotations, and client records with accuracy. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and documentation. Visit the factory and client sites occasionally for coordination, as required. Support participation in exhibitions, client meetings, and marketing initiatives. Ensure accurate documentation, record-keeping, and timely communication across all sales operations. Required Skills 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Sales Coordination, or Business Development Support . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to multitask and coordinate between multiple departments. Good presentation and documentation skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines. Preferred Candidate Profile Graduate in Commerce, Management, or Engineering background preferred.
