A detail-oriented and technically skilled Architectural/ Master planning Draughtsman to produce accurate drawings and technical documentation for our Architectural/ Master planning projects. The ideal candidate shall be proficient in AutoCAD software, understand construction practices, and be able to convert conceptual designs into precise layouts and working drawings.

Role & responsibilities:

Prepare detailed Architectural/ Master planning drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and 3D views.
Develop construction drawings, municipal approval drawings, and as-built documentation.
Work closely with architects, engineers, and designers to translate design concepts into technical drawings.
Maintain accuracy and adherence to building codes, standards, and company drafting guidelines.
Update, revise, and maintain drawing sets as per design changes and site requirements.
Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
Ensure proper layer management, dimensioning, annotation, and file organization.
Maintain project documentation and version control throughout project phases.

Preferred candidate profile:

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SketchUp.
Good understanding of Architectural and Master plan detailing, construction techniques, and materials.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and instructions accurately.
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

Diploma / Degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
34 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman.
