VP of Sales (Global / US-Focused) About Us We are a fast-growing technology company building enterprise software solutions across industries, including BFSI, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and government. We focus on delivering scalable software projects that solve complex business problems. We are looking for a highly driven Enterprise Sales Leader with a proven track record of selling to international and US clients , bringing in significant contracts and recurring revenue. Key Responsibilities Global Business Development: Identify and engage CXO-level decision-makers in US and international enterprises. Source, qualify, and develop new opportunities across multiple verticals. Explore and win enterprise software contracts, outsourced development projects, and government tenders where applicable. Deal Execution: Own the full sales cycle — prospecting, proposal development, RFP response, negotiations, and contract closure. Collaborate with internal teams to scope feasible and profitable solutions. Maintain a healthy pipeline to ensure predictable revenue growth. Account Management: Build trusted relationships with clients to enable upsell, cross-sell, and long-term partnerships. Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets. Go-to-Market Strategy: Provide input into pricing, packaging, and positioning of products and services for global markets. Represent the company at international conferences, trade shows, and partner meetings. Leadership & Mentoring: Mentor junior sales associates and help establish a scalable enterprise sales function. Work closely with the founders to define revenue strategy and global market focus. Qualifications & Experience 7–15 years of experience in enterprise sales with proven success selling to US and international clients . Established network with senior executives in enterprises across BFSI, retail, healthcare, or government sectors. Deep understanding of international procurement, RFPs, compliance, and vendor onboarding processes. Strong track record of closing large enterprise deals (₹50L–₹5Cr+) in India and abroad. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills across cultures. Preferred Background Past experience in TCS, Infosys, Wipro, HCL, Tech Mahindra, Accenture , or global SaaS/enterprise software companies. Experience handling US or international government or enterprise contracts is a major plus. MBA or equivalent is a plus but not mandatory. Why Join Us?
