Job Summary: We are looking for a Draftsperson to join in our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing various residential projects, ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Create preliminary floor plans for conceptual analysis. Develop detailed engineering designs and plans for residential projects. Able to prepare 2D & 3D drawing of house. (Exterior and Interior). Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders. Complete error-free work of multiple projects. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications. Work closely with architects, engineers and other professionals to achieve project objectives and resolve any issues that arise during construction. Monitor day to day emails and respond accordingly. Qualifications: Diploma / B. Tech / BE in Civil Engineering or a related field. 0-1 years of experience in Drafter or related fields. Working knowledge of CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit, to be able to prepare detailed technical drawings efficiently for residential projects. Familiarity with construction methods and materials. Strong attention to detail to ensure drawings are accurate according to specifications. Able to communicate in English language. Willing to start job early in the morning. Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹12,706.48 - ₹18,342.57 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
