Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software and technical drawing skills

• 3 years of professional experience

  as a Draftsman
• Strong understanding of building regulations and construction techniques
• Attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical plans
• Ability to work collaboratively with architects, designers, and project teams
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting, or related field
• Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality design is a plus
