We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Draftsman/Woman to join our architectural drawing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in creating accurate 2D architectural and structural drawings, with a keen eye for precision and a deep understanding of building design, construction techniques, and architectural standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, working drawings and structural detailing's as per project requirements. Collaborate with architects and structural engineers to develop and finalize design concepts and technical drawings. Use CAD software (AutoCAD) to produce architectural layouts and construction drawings . Ensure all drawings and documents are prepared and submitted on time and meet client satisfaction. Perform site measurements and surveys when necessary. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for drawing revisions and approvals. Maintain project documentation , drawing logs, and version control systems. Required Skills and Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Drafting or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural drafting and construction documentation. Proficient in AutoCAD . Strong understanding of building codes , materials , and construction techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy . Good communication and time management skills.
