DRA Certified Team Leader - Collections (Loan Recovery)

Job Description: As a team manager, you will be responsible for managing a team (FOS) in charge of collections, ensuring the timely recovery of outstanding debts. Your role will involve developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies. Additionally, you will handle customer queries regarding loan disbursements, interest calculations, and other financial matters. You will also be required to analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the collections process.
