Responsibilities : - Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and students with a friendly demeanor. - Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, providing accurate information or directing queries to the appropriate person. - Schedule and confirm appointments for consultations, classes, or events. - Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and ensure it reflects the organization’s standards. - Manage and update records, including visitor logs, appointment schedules, and student inquiries. - Handle billing and payments as needed, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. - Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and inventory tracking. - Address client and visitor inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction. Qualifications : - Proven experience as a front desk executive, receptionist, or in a similar customer-facing role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and basic office equipment. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work. - Professional appearance and a positive attitude. - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
