Social Media Engagement:Managing data and leads generated through social media channels.Engaging with potential customers on social media platforms to nurture relationships and driveconversions.4. Lead Conversion:Using persuasive and consultative sales techniques to convert leads into confirmed customers.Demonstrating a thorough understanding of our products/services and effectively communicating their benefits to potential customers.Closing each lead satisfactorily and achieving conversion targets.5. Customer Satisfaction:Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.Addressing customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally and proactively.Ensuring customer satisfaction by building rapport, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions.Requirements:• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles preferred.• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi or Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, or Bengali.• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.• Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets.• Strong persuasion and selling abilities.• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
