Qualifications

Passion for software engineering and craftsman-like coding prowess
Experience in analysis, design, coding and implementation of large-scale custom-built, scalable applications and platforms
Champion best practices - SOLID principles, OO design, and pair programming
Drive and enable writing clean, high-quality code and are also able to spot (and improve) bad code
Drive Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery approaches such as Continuous Integration, TDD, BDD, etc
Experience with .Net Core, Microservices, Design Patterns, Solid Principles, SQL and NoSQL DB
Deliver on MACH principles – Microservices, API First, Cloud Native & Headless
Good experience in UI Frameworks (REACT) and micro front end architectures
Good knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS and look to deliver across cloud providers (GCP, Azure)
