Job Description :- We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining .NET applications. Responsibilities: Lead a team of .NET developers and provide technical guidance, and code reviews. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related technologies. Collaborate with architects, product managers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and software solutions. Ensure best practices in coding, security, performance, and maintainability. Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability. Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in .NET and software development. Drive agile development practices and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field. 8+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development, including .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC/Web API. Strong knowledge of C#, Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server. Experience with frontend technologies like Angular, React is an advantage. Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and microservices architecture. Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). CI/CD Pipelines : AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, and GitHub Actions Experience with Elasticsearch for search and analytics solutions. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
