Key Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using VB.NET, C#, .NET Core, and MVC.
• Design, implement, and optimize SQL Server databases (schema design, query optimization, performance tuning).
• Build and test prototypes, UI components, and client-facing solutions.
• Upgrade and adapt existing web applications to meet evolving business needs.
• Stay current with the latest frameworks, tools, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, robust software architecture.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
Must-Have Skills
