Job Summary:

Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional development team, providing technical direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Guide the team through design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
• Facilitate architecture discussions and influence key technical decisions.
• Ensure that delivered solutions align with enterprise standards and architectural principles.

Communication & Collaboration

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
• Clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and QA teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Proactively manage expectations and provide regular updates on project progress and risks.

Design & Development

• Architect and develop enterprise-grade applications using .NET Framework/.NET Core, ASP.NET, C# and MVC (4.6+).
• Build and maintain responsive UIs using Angular (latest version), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Design and implement Microservices architectures, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.
• Develop scalable and secure solutions leveraging Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Optimize SQL Server databases, ensure efficient query performance, and maintain data integrity.
• Implement authentication/authorization using SSO, OAuth, and JWT.
• Utilize containerization/orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes for deployment optimization.
• Leverage

Required Technical Skills

• 8-12 years of deep expertise in

  .NET Framework / .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, MVC (4.6+)

• Strong experience with

• Advanced proficiency in

  Angular

  (latest version).
• Solid skills in

  JavaScript, HTML, CSS
