Job Description

Technical Lead / Senior Software Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the development team while ensuring best coding practices and high-quality deliverables.
Design and architect scalable, secure, and cloud-native application solutions.
Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using .NET Core and C#.
Optimize SQL Server databases with advanced performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization.
Collaborate with frontend teams and contribute to React and React Native development when required.
Implement and manage AWS-based cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure smooth project execution.
Coordinate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

Required Skills & Expertise

8+ years of software development experience.
2+ years of experience leading technical teams or acting as technical lead.
Strong hands-on expertise in
.NET Core, C#, React, React Native
.
Advanced proficiency in
SQL Server performance tuning
.
Proven experience designing
backend architectures and APIs
.
Solid understanding of
AWS cloud-native solutions
.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Enthusiasm to learn new technologies and effectively manage the team.
