We are seeking a skilled and experienced .NET Developer with strong proficiency in C++ and proven team-handling capabilities to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities : * Design and develop robust platforms and applications using .NET technologies and C++. * Lead and manage a team of developers to ensure project deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained. * Revise, refactor, and debug code to improve performance and functionality. * Build, test, and deploy software programs for .NET applications. * Establish procedures for running and maintaining .NET applications. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and support software systems. * Mentor team members by providing guidance, support, and technical expertise. * Create and maintain detailed documentation throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). * Develop and test prototypes, user interfaces, applications, and client-facing systems. * Coordinate with other developers and technical professionals to integrate software solutions. * Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot issues effectively.
