Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

Engage with the business teams to thoroughly understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Independently manage end-to-end project activities and provide guidance to team members throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Serve as the technical owner/leader for assigned applications, ensuring their performance, stability, and continuous enhancement.

Contributing Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance web-based applications using modern .NET and JavaScript frameworks.
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code across the .NET stack, ensuring adherence to coding best practices.
Conduct detailed unit testing, support integration testing, and ensure timely deployment of high-quality deliverables.
Evaluate technical feasibility of solutions and actively recommend improvements or optimizations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless development and release cycles.
