Job Description: We are looking for dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives in a Voice Process . The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Provide accurate and timely information to customers. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality service. Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Hindi or other regional languages will be a plus). Prior experience in a customer support role is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and customer complaints. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, etc.). Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (for males) or day shifts (for females). Shift Details: For Females: Day Shifts (Fixed timing) For Males: Rotational Shifts (including night shifts) Additional Benefits: Travel Allowance: 4,000/month Competitive salary with a 30% hike on your last drawn salary (maximum 26,500 per month).
